Kineton Playgroup Ltd has recently announced that it has been awarded lottery funding to build a purpose-built pre-school facility on land situated at Kineton Primary School ! A £177,450 grant has been awarded by the West Midlands Committee of the Big Lottery Fund for the building of the new facility.  This will enable Kineton Playgroup Ltd to move out of its current location in the Methodist Hall in the village and into the new amenity as soon as it is completed, which is anticipated to be early 2008.

Building Started on 5th March 2007. We have raised £245,500 so far, but we still need to raise a further £14,000 essential or £28,700 preferable. To do this we need your help!!  We have an exciting fund-raising campaign to generate the required funds.  This is a simple, but very effective way to show your commitment on the new building’s “Wall of Fame”, by buying an engraved brick,  as a permanent reminder of all those who have helped in the fund-raising scheme.

This is a great opportunity to remember your child’s time at Playgroup, show your support for Kineton and Kineton Playgroup Ltd, or even a fantastic gift for the person who has everything!! You will receive a certificate thanking you for your contribution and showing your chosen words. One or two lines of text can be engraved of up to 15 letters on each line so there is plenty of space to write your message and dedication!

Each Brick can have 15 characters per line and 2 lines. Please enter one character per box (you can include hearts and stars!!) The first brick costs £30, multiple purchases £25 per brick. There is no maximum order!!

Gift Aid – Under Gift Aid rules we will also be able to claim the tax back on your donation, which will increase its value by 28%. Please note that the person paying for the bricks must have paid tax during the year equal to what we can reclaim, i.e. If you pay £30 for a brick, you must have paid £8.40 tax during this tax year).
