Children and staff have quickly settled into Helen’s Place and the new routines. Though it still seems strange to come in the morning and not have to move furniture. The outside covered area has meant that we can be outside in all weathers. The new gym equipment has been very popular with children of all ages and occasionally you may see a member of staff on it. We need to do some form of exercise now we don’t need to pack away.

Our main focus this half term has been to settle into Helen’s Place but we have at the same time talked about ourselves, our families, our favourite things and are now looking at Nursery Rhymes and fairy tales – with lots of wands, crowns and helmets being made. We have also been fortunate that we are able to use the school field for either a good run around or a more leisurely nature walk. So a thank you to the Primary school for the use of their field and allowing our links to grow.
