SELLERS AGREEMENT                  SELLER’S COPY                          

RULES FOR NEW TO YOU SALE

  1.  Seller to drop off and collect goods on the day of the sale (see ‘Sellers Guidelines for times)

  2. All goods to be in a good clean/working condition.

  3.  Kineton Playgroup Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of any goods.

  4.  Kineton Playgroup Ltd reserves the right not to display any items.

  5. All goods must be labelled using pricing labels provided and attached securely with a safety pin for clothes and tape for toys, books or equipment.

  6. All items to be delivered in BOXES  all labelled with your name and rep code.

  7. NO ELECTRICAL ITEMS CAN BE SOLD.

  8.  Car ‘Booster Seats’ only – no other car seats can be sold.

  9. Any items not collected by 5.30pm on the day of the sale will be disposed of.

  10.  Monies will be posted to you within 7 days of the sale - you must provide a stamped addressed envelope for this purpose, please make clear who the cheque should be payable to.

  11. Any discrepancies to be dealt with within 7 days after the sale.

  12.  Payment of £1.00 for New to U Sale Pack, to be paid when dropping off sale items.
