Playgroup and KASC are run by Kineton Playgroup Ltd, which is a special charitable company (ie not for profit). The company’s directors come from the volunteer management board, largely made up of parents. Board responsibilities include the administration of the charity, the employment of the staff and fundraising. The board meets once each half term. New board members, and volunteers to help at specific events, are always welcome.
